When someone asks for help, what do I do?
Why I help them of course, through and through.
Then the next day I say hi,
but the person looks at me as if I'm charred pie.
Why they do this, I don't know.
I just don't think about it and go.
Then the next day, they need help again.
I would've given them the cold shoulder, but I couldn't then.
I see that person an hour or so later, and I say hi again,
but that person laughed at me as if I'm a big hen.
I start getting mad, but then I cool off,
and start wondering to myself, "Why be nice at all?"
